Think you got a picky neighbor. If he persist and not to create any disharmony, I can only think of self improvise an incline sheet or board that divert the water away. Do be careful of height safety and secure well so that it will not fall or fly off causing other hazard. Not sure if professional do this sort of thing except DIY.

Thanks, both my bathroom had been retile, master once and common twice. My master is abt the do it again because he complain water leaks

With increasing the water flow down add a aluminium sloped plate place below of the mat .

Lol , sound big project or siao to do .

Just add a mat and remember to use strong tape to secure it .

My upstairs neighbor also had their Aircon drip on mine. Spoke to them about it and they got the aircon guy to extend a PVC pipe to drip further out.

Its very annoying when you are trying to sleep and the water goes tok tok tok the whole night.

Is your window unit? I doubt you can install a pipe for split unit unless you have a tray to catch the drips?
