Try the round one. Its really easy. Draw shapes of round rocks on the styrofoam and then shape up each of the "rocks" edges to make them rounded.

maybe when i started to get more tanks in 1st..

The cement will increase the pH of the water initially. So if you are rearing tangan cichlids, this will not be much of a problem. However, if you are rearing other types of fish that require more acidic waters, you can soak the background in the tank for a few days to remove the alkaline effect.

Very good DIY work...just wonder how long to soak the cement until the fishes can be introduced?
