Can la, but depend on luck and water perimeter.
Search for thread under bro boxedfish, he is one of them who managed to breed L46 in 2 feet setup.

add more tank mates of different varieties...stingray, catfish, siamese tiger, birchir, clown loach and peacock bass...

I tried most tank mate before for the past 10 over years... Just tank i wanted to try something different like gold fish, altum or guppies...

I am keeping goldfish and aro too. used to be goldfish, then aro , now goldfish again.
if u don't mind, I have a rented outdoor ond and willing to co share at cheap nominal sum per month.
I can subdivide the outdoor pond further, I have 5 aros and yours can be one in the subdivide. abt 3m x 1 m ( depth 0.8m) let me know if you are keen. PM me to discuss if keen

i have seen some comm aro with parrot.

a couple of years ago when i bought 1 of my reds, the guy had comm-ed with a few parrots and 1 flowerhorn
