Best food for Poly is baby catfish, soft and juicy and slow swimmer. The poly simply love them and clear very fast.

I don't use torsats for birchirs but for aros.
Usually quarantine them for 5-7 days with daily wc & twice a day removal of dead/dying feeders. I only feed aros when no more dead torsats for two days. Usually, only half of what I buy are alive at end of quarantine.
