Default Controversial tiger fish sharing

Since Thailand has banned Siamese tiger (Datnioides pulcher) to export due to the endanger situation of this specie, hobbyist has tried their best effort to find alternative replacement.

Also due to high demand, more and more controversial tiger fish has been discovered or exposed.

Regards about ST tail feature, I have found one interesting chart has more details to distinguish between Siamese tiger and Cambodian tiger, so is this correct?

Now, let has some relax discussion about this tiger fish with strong Indonesian tiger (Datnioides microlpis) gene but yet with so call “ST tail” on both side.

All comments are welcome:

That's why I dare not comment on the 5th pix as it was not clear enough to justify a IT or ST.

There are many charts and different interpretations of ST or whatever T. I only go by scientific name, simple and less headache. KISS aka Keep It Simple and Sweet. Fish keeping is a hobby to enjoy and relax, why makes things so complicated.

Bye, the IT in the pix yours? Or you grab the pix from net?

Yes, I also believe that the tiger is 5 pic is an IT.

Anyway, anyone can get me answer on my 1st question?
The so call "ST" we talk about not in fact is a CT tail, a true "ST" tail is described as in the first chart?

Bro, that piece of IT is yours? Though not ST, is a very nice IT. Congrats if is yours .

ST or what, is not only about the tail bars, there are many others factors also which has been discussed countless times.

There are couple interpretation of CT, can be Cambodia Tiger or Controversial Tiger. All depends on which angle coming in.

To me, both tail bars shown on your 1st chart are Dat Pulcher.
