I think you can perform a water change to reduce the concentration of ammonia, add in beneficial bacteria as well as a good dose of seachem prime

Should treat the whole tank of fishes with medication 1st by us8ng productions like waterlife medication. Don't on the internet filter inside the sump yet. Just use airpump to to aerate the water for about 3 to 4 hours to keep the medication cycling in the tank. After 3 to 4 hours then on the sump's internal filter.

It is a good time now if you want to change your filter media in partition. Whether to change media or not, add beneficial bacteria into your media to kick start the cycle process.

For temporary measures to build up beneficial bacteria, you can connect the airhose of thr airpump to the black sponge filter

Bro, add some ChloramX based ammonia binder too. It will change toxic NH3 to less toxic NH4.

Se this thread for a product that should help.

bro, honest your tank is also overstocked.

Bioloading should be heavy too.

K1 is not suitable for heavy bioload. Suggest you change to a better media ASAP. What you can do is get API ammonia lock to calm the fish and add BB ASAP. Daily 20 percent water change until the tank is cycled.
