Default My First DSLR shoot

Hi All,

I was thinking to buy a DSLR, so before actually goes into buying one, I borrowed from a friend to try it out.

These are the pictures I have taken with manual mode and auto focus. Any comment, critics and suggestion, please put forward.

It is Cannon 350D with marco lens, no tripot, no flash. The tank is lighted with FL. Focusing is a major problem for me because without flash have to use slower shuttle speed.

Use a tripot will overcome the problem? But seems shrimps is alway moving.

Then tank must be brighter for easier picture taking. Slower shutter speed it's becos not enough light. Once tank is brigther you can set your shutter speed faster le.
