I feel that the focus is not really on the shrimp itself , in another word OOF ( out of focus ) . Most macro lens are very sharp so might not be the lens issue , also i wont recommend anyone to use auto focus on a macro lens reason is that using manual focus is usually faster then auto because if yr subject is small yr camera might not lock focus onto the subject u want and sometime the lens will hunt by itself .

After u have capture it , u can check if its in focus or not by zoom in 100% to check . Should be pretty obvious if its not unless you dont have high expectation for it .
