Any comments on 5050?

Asking on behalf of my friend, he wants to buy a 5050 oly. Any idea how good is this camera? 2nd hand less than half a yr for $700, include 1G CF card, cheap?
I think is very cheap liao, any bros can shed light onto this.

The 1G CF brand new one already cost about $400.
