I was recommended Fastum Gel to apply on my knee cap when after jogging next day feel a little pain. This gel also can be apply for trigger finger as well.
Only apply 2 times daily. On the 3rd day, didnt even notice the pain already gone. Now back to slow jogging.

My mum frenz who was having difficulty walking due to knee cap pain, after applying for quite sometime, now she walk without any pain but still need more care. Also recommended by doc.

The Rub On 10 is better than Fastum or the Kefentech plaster. Now polyclinic issue this Rub On 10. Smell like Deep Heating Rub.

If cartilage worn out, all these no use. Use these for muscle ache

I get a "cracking" sound in my knee cap when I jog, will a knee guard solve the issue such as lessen the pain?

I felt pain in the knee when distance reached 7 km. Used before knee support but doesnt help. Heard need to use knee strap - those which has a pointed 'sponge' which press against the area of pain. Guardian is selling for $ 29.90.

I have put yoko-yoko on my knees before run. Been few runs pain doesn't come. Maybe the heating/cooling sensation somehow numb the pain or smooth out the knee movements.

you can get it at Watsons or guardian.

black color box is for sports as they do not contain banned substances
white color box for non-sports application.
