We till think we are in the LKY era and can speak and even big powers listen.

We forgot LKY is gone and still think we are very big. EQ is poor, don't know how to assess the situation. In the world, not everything is in black and white. We tend to go by contract or by law. This doesn't work.

Of coz.. it's largely to do with his very capable wife who's eyes are very very sharp to note behaviour and subtle hints and recommend him appropriate way to do things more humanely. (It's in his book 1)

Because of one word "RESPECT". World leaders respected LKY. You have to earn respect, can't be bought or forced upon others.

Yes. But HOW did he earn tat respect?

1. He had a capable wife (He say one... in his books)
2. He knows when to keep his mouth shut
3. He let his actions speak louder den words
4. He backs up his words with facts

He used many years to get the respect for SG, sacrificed so many (individuals), and end up.... ownself kenna stabbed thru the very system he set up to be transparent and keep the system going by individuals with very selfish motives.
