Rape and molestation, which is more difficult to prove?
Rape, there are penetration involved, there will be tears. Molestation usually not as invasive to leave any evidence. If we look at this paragraph below, there was already evidence to maintain rape charge. But where the reduced charge? Quote:

There is no current law on spousal rape in SG but the spouse can hold the other for abuse.
