Nice chatting with you yesterday.
Only 1 or 2 kitumba males colouring up nicely in each of my two tanks housing them.

Maybe post some tropheus pics next time. But they don't stay still for me to shoot. I am using 40d with 35 mm. Too lazy to shoot properly with a macro lens.

I just got these fishes recently.
Taken picture of 1 male and 1 female.

nice fish, you finally got hold of your fish

anyway both of them are males, female tricolours do not have yellow tails. I believe its head will start turning yellow soon.

If you keep 2-3 males at the same tank....you will see them color up even more when they flare at each other.
It is better to keep them as a group 8~12 pieces to see the full beauty
