mmm..
Normally, I just pick and boil (one or two leaves) what I need to feed my CRS for the day. The rest I cook it for dinner. Therefore i do not store any for the next day. Let see what other bro do and how they store their boiled Spinach. Last edited by dennal; 10-05-2010 at 02:06 PM. |

I picked a very matured darker leaves which are softer than those new or younger leaves after boiling. Matured leaves tend to be more filmsy and shrimps can tear them easily.

I am acutally boiling them and rolling them into balls then store in fridge in the cool vegetable section only.
feeding them one ball daily. I dunno if i am doing it rite? I would normally store them for a week then throw the rest away. Can i store longer if i put in freezer... will harden the spinach though, i tried that before as well. seems both methods are workable. Any comment. I havent tried drying it under the hot sun.... keke. Think not feasible cos will be very dry.. haha.. |
