Hi all. It has been one week since my water turned cloudy.
2 days ago, I added an additional OHF with 2x2 tray. Top tray is wool. Bottom tray is coral chips and bacteria house. Both the rays and aro are doing fine. Eating very well. Rays are still swimming to me everytime I go near the tank. Water looks slightly clearer however it is still greenish but not as cloudy. Concern now is that how long would it take for the water to be clear again? Any more things that I can do? |

ur rays too small to mate.
cloudy water most prob due to tank not established. ur weekly washing of medias have prevented bb from colonising. as for green water, find out the root cause first. wats the placement of ur tank? any sunlight? or are u tanning ur aro? |

My tank is placed in the middle of my living room with no access to any sunlight.
I read up this thread by bro Ahbird and it really helps alot. http://www.arofanatics.com/forums/sh...ht=magic+paper My green water has become less green in one day, can see that the magic clean paper is absorbing the algaes. Shall do a 10% water change and change my magic clean paper. Hopefully the water would go back to normal by this weekend. Thanks all for your help. (: |
