Hopefully I am not too late, is there any cure for the condition above? Please advise thank you.

I got a pleco in the tank, only saw it sucked my pnt shell a few times only.

That looks more like bacterial infection to me. What you can do now is to give it marine bath for 30 mins, 3-4x a day. Add in 0.3-0.5% of salt into the tank too.

I would recommend bringing it to a vet for medication. It looks pretty serious to me.

What do you mean by marine bath? Add salt into a pail with water and let it soak in it? Will yellow powder works? It is still active swimming and eating.

marine bath means to soak it in marine water.

For such situation, I will do marine bath. After that, bring it out of water and apply table salt on the affected area and leve it for ~15mins. Then apply yellow powder on the affected area and leave it for another ~15mins before putting it back into the tank.

Most likely a week of baytril (antibiotics) jabs + cleaning it with bacadine (antiseptic lotion) will be better. At least these are what I usually get for infected wounds on PNTs.

Sorry but I don't own any marine setup so how do I get marine water? And where can I get the baytril jabs and bacadine?

Can get marine salt from some LFS or marine LFS. Baytril n bacidine I got them from the vet. Better to let the vet diagnose and prescribe whatever is better for the PNT.
