Dear Members,

We will be organizing an Overseas trip to our Neighbors in Bukit Merah Taiping, Malaysia. For this event, we intend to visit 4 farms that is associated with our local farms here in Singapore. There will be some charges involved as this event will be taking place overseas.

The mode of transport will be by AFC Chartered Coach only and we will be travelling as one group only. Any other request will not be entertained.

The cost indicated below is solely for Transport & Accommodation (twin sharing). For those who prefer not to share rooms, an additional S$30/- is applicable. Please note that Food is EXCLUDED.

AFC Members : S$70.00
Non-AFC Members : S$140.00

Event Details :

Departure from SG : Fri, 21st May 2010 ( Night )
Return to SG : Sun, 23rd May 2010 ( Night )
We'll shall visit 2 farms on Sat 22nd May & 2 farms on Sun 23rd May before we head back to Singapore.

For those who drive, you can park your car at Raffles Arowana.

(Note: The Organiser reserves the right to change the Programme without prior notice.)

As we will be taking a Coach that can only take 26 Pax per Coach, kindly register early to avoid disappointment.

If there is more than 26 members, a 2nd Coach will be required and if 2nd Coach is not 90% filled, than the charges for the 2nd Coach would be distributed evenly among the participants from 27th onwards.

The Closing Date for Registration will be on Wed, 21st April 2010. 2359 AF time.
There will be NO REFUND if you are unable to make it once you have registered. So please consider before putting your name down.

Upon Registration, kindly do a transfer/deposit of the FULL PAYMENT into POSB Savings Account 001-36792-7, after which pls post in this thread to indicate that payment has been made.

Please take note that your Passport must have minimum 6 months validity, if not kindly re-new it ASAP.

Should you wish to purchase any arowanas, a 30% deposit is required. Raffles Arowana will assist you to bring the fish back. It will take about 2 weeks to arrive in Singapore and all freight charges and taxes will be borne by you.

Please also take heed that AF, AFC and Raffles Arowana, disclaims all liabilities on any mishaps in case they occur. Members and their guests participating in AFC events do so at your own risk.
