Not that i know of, its more for our viewing pleasure. It simulates viewing the tank under moonlight.

i have bought some corals from a reefer who give up his hobbies...
but there are few which need helps from experts to identify those corals name and i can do some research and understands more about those corals.
even the reefer did explains how to feed and etc... but i still dun think its enough, need to study their nature so the placing of those corals will more appropriate...

i will try to put up the pictures asap....

Those corals look like their all LPS(type of hard coral), make sure you maintain calcium at 400-450ppm and kH at 8-12. Its important for these corals.

Coral 4 and Coral 7 appear to be duplicates.

Coral 5 appears to be a trumpet coral.

I maybe wrong, but Coral 8 appears to be a brain coral.

Coral 10 appears to be a bubble coral.

Coral 11 looks like a plate coral but i'm not too sure.

The info provided in the links is quite general, so further reading up is encouraged to find out more about them. I'm not too sure about what the others are and their specific care.
