In most cases, yes.

But if invested well, maybe got better returns.

If the en bloc cycle continues for 3-4 years, those first few years en blockers will bang balls too

En bloc usually starts in suburbs/non prime.

Then central prime.

But in second half of en bloc season, the prices can be 40-50% more for that location.
Early birds get the worm, late birds get more worms.

Sure bo? My plan is should my place enbloc, I use the money buy a small landed.

Also, not the case for those many years gone lease hold, for example braddell view.
