Limited Edition FUN T-Shirts Order Thread

Dear all

1. Dave6238 of Flowerhorn Club (Singapore) has volunteered his services to design, produce and market a series of Limited Edition FUN T-Shirts for AF, in collaboration with our Admin Jwhtan.

2. Dave will undertake and take full responsibility for the sales of these t-shirts, collection of payment and distribution of the t-shirts to successful buyers. For every t-shirts sold, $3 will be contributed to the AF Events Fund.

3. Only 30 pieces of t-shirts will be produced for each design and sale is on a first-come-first-served basis. There is no restriction on how many pieces a person can buy and buyers may re-sell the t-shirts in the secondary market at their own price.

4. Dave will provide you with the full details for the 1st t-shirts in the series, and the terms and conditions for the sale.

5. Please note that this thread is for ordering of T-shirts only. If you have any queries, please post your question(s) in the Enquiry thread.

AF Limited Edition FUN T-Shirts

1st in a series – “UPzz” – at $22 per pc





Item Description:
Round-neck short-sleeves tees with silkscreen printing at the front and back, on black fabric that is cotton on the outside and drip-dry (cool max) on the inside.

Sizes and Quantities Available:
M – 5 pcs (Shoulder straight across: 20”; Chest measurement: 40”)
L – 10 pcs (Shoulder straight across: 21”; Chest measurement: 42”)
XL – 10 pcs (Shoulder straight across: 22”; Chest measurement: 44”)
XXL – 5 pcs (Shoulder straight across: 23”; Chest measurement: 46”)

Collection Locations:
East – Bedok (outside Tanah Merah MRT Station).
West – Clementi Blk 328 (coffee shop at the other end).
North – Hougang Blk 914, St. 91.

Terms and conditions for this sale:
1. The sale is open to ALL AF members on First-Come-First-Served basis. Interested buyers MUST list down their AF nick, contact number, quantity required, size(s) of t-shirts and collection location (east, west or north) on the Order List.

2. Production of the t-shirts is restricted to only 30 pieces for this design and no reproduction will be made thereafter. Miss the opportunity to own this exclusive AF FUN t-shirts and you will not get another chance.

3. The sale is open until 24 July 2009 or when the 30 pieces are fully taken up, whichever is earlier.

4. Successful buyers will be contacted by sms and pm, and briefed on the method of payment and the collection date and time. If the buyer failed to pay up within 3 days of the notification or cannot be contacted after several tries, the sale will be declared null and void and the t-shirts will be sold to the 1st person on standby.

5. Once a buyer has put his/her nick on the sales list, no withdrawal will be entertained. The t-shirts are non-returnable and non-fundable after completion of sales and collection.

6. By posting your name on the Order List, it means that you have fully understood our terms and conditions, and agreed to abide by them without prejudice.
