Maybe you can call them? Maybe got special promotion now or something...
But normally they use elbiru electronic ballast. and tubes are osram i think. anyway, he's using reliable stuff, so don't worry. price wise, i'm not too sure....

for 3ft PL, you should get 4x 36w to achieve 3w/g.

price: $99
wattage: 2x36W
ballast (normal or electronic): eballast
brand of PL tubes: Ebiru by default. can change to osram at additional cost
brand of e-ballast: Ebiru
warranty:1y

keep in mind it's SINGLE switch. this is different from their 2 feet 2x36W PL light which is dual switch.

btw i am not mr. chan and have no business connection with him.

Im very keen on getting magnum II for my 2 feet and seems there is not much reviews on it so far. Think everyone also are playing the waiting game for more reviews before committing to buying it.

Think luck also plays a part too. For most, magnum I was bad, for some,
its still working well so far.Of course the most important is the quality
of the parts of the light set.

Think its best to direct your queries on NA lights to the shop itself as
you can see the stuff in real and also make some comparisons with
other shops/LFS before committing to buying the one that suits u

Anyway, the magnum II lights are also available there. Do update us if
the light set u choose in the end is the magnum II.
