Few blocks in Circuit road are in very bad shape. Mostly the poor living in rental flats. The hawker center there also sell cheap food because of that. One bowl of peanuts porridge + a plate of fried meehoon only cost $1.50. No surprise Nicole will cried after listening to the problems of the residents there.
Nicole Seah is a MUCH MUCH better person to handle the problems of the people there instead of Tin Pei Ling. |

i used to stay at Pipi road when am young, i still go there once a while to eat my favourite laksa, the stall has been there many many years, yes there are many old folks around the estate, sometimes when was eating halfway, someone came over to ask for money
