Hi Bro
Thanks for the feedback. I add salt during each water change. Could that be a reason? You are saying salt caused kidney failure leading to water retention issit? Why my other rays are okie? Any remedy ? What feeders should I be feeding ? Thanks |

To me yes. Feeding salt water feeds may cause the bloatiness
As to you qns on y other rays are ok. I assume, if you and ur colleague are in the room. And he is sick. Does this means you must be sick too? ImHO i blame in on individual health level. Some body can take it. Some cannot as for any remedy. So far i only heard of 1 successful case. Switching back to freshwater feeds. Some other alternatives will be freshwater feeds, ranging from fresh water ghost shrimps, peacock base meat, tilapia meat etc. And add salt to sump instead of main tank. Is ur sump connected to your main tank? If yes then the salt content will flow to main tank and salinity level will raise. If sump tank is not connected. Then no problem. I not sure if adding salt to tank is the problem. Coz i nv try before. So cannot answer but lastly, why you feed salt water feeds to freshwater fish? |
