Default Lamprologus similis spawn in com tank

A pair of similis spawn in a 1 feet cube tank.There are 2 pairs of similis,4 tembwe zaire frontosa,1 pair of multifasciatus,3 calvus gold and 1 kigoma compresscieps (all about 2 inches size)

congrats, the fries will hide in the shells and hopefully the other
12 fishes don't get to them

Thanks,the parent are very defensive, no fishes dare to swim near the shell

The Altos will have their ways to get the fries sooner or later.

If you intend to raise the fries, you best remove them while they are still in the shell into a nursery tank.

kapampa is doing very well and eating alot...just started a thread and posted pictures of some new fishes

how are the similis babies doing now? are you able to see them?

Yesterday saw one baby outside the shell.The female still hide inside the shell.
