Koji..........think it will be a couple of more months b4 your male & female will be ready to breed. You have ample time to get tanks & things ready then.

I would suggest a separate tank. Ray after birth will drive the rays crazy too. Maybe the pups can be kept in a basket in the tank, but you must secure it properly, and it maybe unsightly.
Unsightly is not an issue. Maybe I will keep the pups in the floating basket and the female in the seperate tank when it really happen.

Don't let the basket sway with the current. Rays don't like it. Make sure it's secured firmly.
