hi bro, anyone can help my endi?

my endi seems like he cant close his mouth ,seems like something is growing in his mouth , not eating also... Is my endi going to end soon??

Firstly, better keep another tank, the disease might be spread to other fish.

yes currently keep in a 2ft tank, he doesnt want to eat still
