Default Hard water and high ph leopoldi pond

Hello, i am using ground water for my rays which is very hard and has a high ph. The ph is 9.3 and water hardness is 435ppm. Is this bad for my rays?

Anyway to reduce the ph permanetly? I also have this problem whenever i change water from underground water. Usually take ketapang leaves to soak in the pond before i put them back.

Any other better or easier ways?
