Not very slow. I got them about a year back at 1-1.5 inch. Now they are average 5-6 inchers.

What kind of gravel are you using?
Didn't see any coral stone or sand. So how do you maintain high pH?

Those are neutral dark gravel.

I have coral chips in my cannister. I use baking soda, salt, epsom salt and marine salt to push up the PH. Abt 8.7PH.

Blk 618.. somewhere between khatib and yishun mrt. Been there just now.. all the frontosas looks pale and some looks stress up..

so are they all reserved as mentioned? pale or stress is all right as long as there are no major defects. did you ask which country it came from?
