Today is the 3rd day of tank setup.

Throw some shrimp into tank.

New keeper please do not follow on adding shrimps in tank within a short period of time.
Please follow the proper cycling process.

For me I have been doing this for all my tanks so I know well in handling it.

Hi bro,
May I know why need to add liquid bacteria ? Is it because of DI water?
Thanks.

U can add in powder bacteria if u dun like liquid. There's nothing to do with di water.

When start up a new tank we will add in bacteria (liquid or powder form) to kick start.

Bro...your setup give a simple method to this "complex" hobby!

How often you reset your tank, given that the amount of soil is minimum..when will the ph buffering effect is gone?

I don't measure my Ph so resetting on tanks depends. If tanks doing well, I will not do anything to it.

Water parameters the only thing I will adjust is tds others nvr measure.
