Buying fish from overseas through mail, so at first , know nothing but eager to try out. When the fish was sent to here. I got a letter from sing post saying that they have send it to AVA. In my mind, I think oh liao. Must have be confiscate, think need to pay fine liao. Don't dare to call and check until quite some time then call to AVA and check, there was this guy name Charlie. He ask me to collect the fish and when I go down to AVA . I ask him a few question about bring fish back . He was really nice guy.Thanks to him for keeping my fish alive for nearly two weeks. Sorry to my fish for my kia si (scare, no ball). From this I know my mistake and learn from here.

After 2 weeks in the same plastic bag and water?

The water looks clear without any poo..

I think AVA they just need you to sign and collect right?

Thanks to them(AVA), they really good . Open up and keep my fish alive for the

following two long week. Yes I go down and sign and collect. And K-po, K-po , ask few

question abt sending fish back. He told me to ask the shipper or seller to write down

my nos outside the box. So that they can straight away call me when the fish reach

AVA.

Do you know how long they will keep for you if nobody go and collect?

Looks like AVA has some fish food ready for them, and their acclimation skill must be good

The letter say contact AVA within 14 days, the rest, really don't know liao.

wah ..next time import fish keep in ava for 2 weeks then fish get use to our water liao..

Mmmm... they are nice people(AVA) who really treat small little fish with

good care. So I wont take advantage of this.

Yeah we paid shipper door to door service. But somehow AVA retain, bo bian have to wait for fish stable first then go and collect

If I am AVA officer I don't mind. Cause will be a long day if no customer. Better to have some nice fish around to admire
