Dr M is certainly not forgetting all the old issues. Altho they mentioned that they might challenge the verdict but then dropped the idea.
By merely bringing this matter up, he is reminding PAP that Msia has not forgotten this and yet after they announced they are no longer pursuing this, our great Foreign Minister VB must have thought he is taking a "dig" at Msia by saying that even if this is challenged, Spore would win
I believe VB does not understand why this was even brought up by Dr M

If I'm not wrong.... Last year was e laat year Malaysia can challenge e verdict and the final submission has already been made.

Dr M probably knows there's no case for his thoughts this dropped it before he is embarrassed.

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia's King, Sultan Muhammad V, has offered to take a 10 per cent cut in*salary and emoluments throughout his reign until 2021.*

Royal Palace Comptroller Wan Ahmad Dahlan Ab Aziz on Tuesday (Jun 12) said Sultan Muhammad V was deeply concerned about the country's debts and economic situation.

"He was deeply touched and expressed his gratitude to Malaysians who have generously contributed to the recently established*Tabung Harapan Malaysia," he said.

Wan Ahmad Dahlan added that Sultan Muhammad V had also decreed that the Royal Palace*would not be hosting its annual Aidilfitri open house.

Instead, the budget allocation for the open house would be used to help the less privileged.
