for best results most of us use heart meals. However a hobby should fit your lifestyle and not the other way round.

Alternatively just buy pre mixed heart meals.

High protein to beef the fish up very well. There is no need to cut own beefhearts meal. There are slabs fully prepared one for easy use selling at lfs.

Can get beef heart from chai, they have ready made ones
