This type of law is generally good for us..but came a bit too late for many, especially those in late 30's or 40s.....

I believe it is possible that not many Singaporeans will be willing to work for foreign bosses, especially from some specific countries. If the FT is already the recruiting manager, and no Singaporeans wanted to work for them, it is pretty obvious they will be able to justify finding people from their same country.

Those who knows of companies with such situation perhaps want to feedback and get the attention of this Actor (since he is an acting minister)
