Continue on my story (with more pictures):
Little perch on the lake, of coz we only take those bigger size ~10-12", those small size we release back to the lake...... After 4-5 hours of fishing hard, finally catch of the day: Our chef Mr Eric's come to the picture again... Cutting into slices....any idea on what's the final dish turn out to be?? dude it is too frozen to break. cos it is like -20 at night and -10 at day. it's almost impossible unless u decide to drive something super heavy on to the center of it.
