Actually I have tried feeding it MP with shell, but it bites then throw away the shell and at times the whole MP he rejects. So abit tough ah, but I did hear that giving the shell is better.

mp shells got carotene, supposedly helps in the color development.

but nvm la stick to what u are doing, diff ppl do it diff way when it comes to feeding, i even feed chicken breast meat haha.

Thanks for the tip, I will see whether it wants to take MP with shell. But highly doubt so, unless I starve the fish. Which I personally don't like to... Thanks for the compliment
