Bro, how do you keep tank temp so low in our tropical weather? In my opinion don't need heater just transfer the tank near a heat source like near a fridge. Can maintain at 28 - 29 Liao.

In that case get a heater set 27 degree also use a thermometer to re check the temperature, as some heater is not that accurate

this thread is so quite these days. Anyway, just want to share with bros here that I tried feeding my group of 20 CL cucumber yesterday night and really surprised that they loved it. Got 2 pieces of cucumber and stuck each piece to 1 end of a chopstick(making it like a small dumbbell) and let it sink to the bottom of the tank. Within 1 hour, about 40% of the cucumber already gone. Really love seeing them munching on the cucumber.

Cucumber? You mean a whole piece of cucumber? Haha, they like something bitter? seems fun will try feeding them that, my 3 pieces 3 inches CL has lost in the 5 ft tank can't find them. They just love to hide, maybe also scare of the Cichlids inhabitant.
