my preference lighting for red is a mixture of pinkish light (otto/nan/tfc - to make red aro look redder) n white light (to make tank brighter)...

Friend told me that tfc light which nan light light is also using should do the job ..save monies,, hee hee. IF the gene is red they sure red red when they are comfi in this new home ....

so how many light then is enough

if i add black water it will becomes more red on light??

That's right, HO is short for high output. commercial T5 fluorescent come in HE (high efficency) & HO (high ouput) version. A 4' HO is 54W, whilst HE is 28W. HE is half as bright as HO for similar length. HO in daylight or pink is commonly available nowadays.

Default any harm to aros eye??

if after blasting all the light on the aro 24hrs, does it cause any harm to the eyes i juz wonder it will goes blind anot??
