Default terrapin

hi all,

about 4 weeks ago, my son started a tank with one terrapin. about two weeks ago, the rear left leg bloated up. not sure the reasons, but there could be two possible cause.

1. due to over feeding by my eldest son.

2. the plastic tank over drop in as my youngest son drop it into the tank. and it seem to drop on it's rear left leg.

the terrapin when we got it it was super active and lover to be in the water.

but ever since the bloat started, it had stay out of water and not moving.

please advice what can be done to heal this fellow.
thans in advance.

Seems the rear leg is injured. But is it still eating?

You can gauge the amount of food to give by seeing if got excess food left after feeding.
