Do frequent small water changes with distilled water to slowly reduce the GH.

Did small water changes....GH gone down to 10. Water still on hard side but at least it is decreasing towards the soft side. Thanks for all the advice. Will continue to monitor GH.

BTW, can I use mosura rich water? Will it affect GH/KH? Any comments ?

If you want to lower gh, use mosura softwater. But it will lower ph as well if I am not wrong.

Need most advise you will need to bring down much further down. Unless you can do a temp emegency setup with the correct parameter. And scoop out your shrimp and acclimatize them very slowly thru dripping. Most probably overnight and than move let them stay there. While you do correct to your tank directly with huge water change etc. If not they will likely be dying off thru the process of the correction.
