Default Too much Light?

hey bros,
i have a spare 2ft PL light at 55 watts
thinking of using this light for my 1.5ft set up
is it too much light???

btw, 2x1x1 ft tank would be roughly 56.6litres which is about 15 gallons.
so 2ft tank would have 3.67wpg which is very high already.

1.5ft tank im sure its more than 3.67wpg.

the fissidens will do well wif good lights but for 1.5 ft and wif so high wpg, i think algae will come soon.

yeah definitely.. if you keeping crs then the heat will make it harder for you to bring down the temp of the tank.
i only use the 15w for my 2ft crs tank, more than sufficient.

how about i get a 2ft tank with 1.5ft depth?
would it still be too much?
