Generally, brown base Red Discus takes longer time to development their Red color.
I am not feeding any Red color enhancer and hope to see how well the Red color to develop naturally when they grow up to Juv at around 6 months old |

Brown can be very red. However i chose to give up working on my previous batch is because of the prominent stress bars.... esp the head bar....

The "super San merah" is a beautiful brown fish with very little stress bar. One of the legendary brown red around that was very very popular donkey years back.
