Default BES & BEC Compare closeup ...

Think an interesting observation which not previously reported.
BEC eye coloration can change with the environment & does not appear blue normally.
Probably light colour background or WTT may out the best blue (eye), otherwise it may appear greyish. As for BES, it eye colouration will not change & will always maintain the true sky-blue.

Took this video during morning feeding with BEC & BES together during morning feeding

Well , hope I don't lost it like the rest of the panaques.
Panaque isn't my kind of fish actually as it need special diet & some form of security, else they seem to die off.
Hi bro, the impression you gave me is panaques are not a easy fish to keep.
So what is the longest time you have a panaque?
