cannot think of any colour except full white tank, including base if you want to maintain the so called quality ray spotting

just wondering... The ray eyes are on top by the sides. How they know what is the base to affect their appearance? Also, BD in their natural environment their base is white too? Just curious...

but I hv seen the huge difference myself. full white tank is the way to enhance and maintain the quality of majority of ray species including sp and crossing |

I am just guessing only..when rays look from point A to point B there actually can see the base colors of tank just rotate their eye down abit..need a shifu to tell us more about why base colour putting white is better..
