Since you've added salt and other medicine , just let it be and observe for another few days . Btw , you on the heater ? If possible , switch it on for 24/7 for the next few days too .

actually i hv turned on all my 4 tubes lighting which emit quite a lot of heat, felt water and is quite warm.. do i stilll need add the heater?

Temp preferably to be maintained at around 32 deg bro . I dunn how much heat your light set generates , but think is still better to have the heater switched on . IMHO ....
