TCTO: TS Red Brooders (5) in tank brooding - May 2015
Hello all,
As follow-up from our April TS Red update, this month we promised to showcase our famed TS Red brooders - brooding in the fish tank. With the dedication and commitment of our team, we are happy to showcase five (5) of our TS Red papa brooders in action. Per our understanding it is quite an achievement (in Singapore) to have Reds brooding and holding in fish tanks (right up to the harvesting period). Hope you enjoy the video as much as we do. Just loving their quality redness and their large brooding pouches - fantastic stuff ! Cheers, Terry There are 5x TS Red and 3x TS Gold brooders in the video. Please excuse the video quality and some of the warm lighting. But do check out the free-swimming super red fries Click on the image for the video |

Hi boss, what's the reason for holding them in tanks? Great brooders there!

Congrats ...on your successful harvest bro.
Seems your method of harvesting is different from many other farm. You leave Father fish to brood the fries till they turn into fishes rather than prying the eggs out early. Care to advise why so? Won't that result in less numbers as anticipated by many ? Anyhow, gongxi gongxi to your tesm, afterall, still a successful and healthy harvest. Better than having to incubate them manually... How I wish my pond of almost 9 year old reds have similar output lor. It's really an eye opening experience for many, especially on Singapore's Red. 3 Cheers to you !!!
