Looks good bro. Thanks for the update. 19mm and it exploded? Wow.. scary.. Hope mine doesn't.. but I think yours is higher than mine right? So the pressure is higher.

What pump are you using on your setup now? Did you revamp it?

Actually sunlight is not really an issue if ur filteration is strong and efficent

My own outdoor tank water is crystal clear 24/7...no issue with algae

The algae issue is on the viewing panel...
with a super high bioload and weekly consumption of more than 10kg of mp, algae forming on the walls and glass is quite common, much like my pond, crystal clear water, but got algae on the walls... and my pond filter is 50% of total water volume

Not really for me, I only do once a week cleaning on front glass with a magnet cleaner. Mine feeding is about 5kg per week.

Its the little things that add up...example when feeding I only throw MP one by one, only the next one when its eaten...and I make sure the MP is frozen hard..reason being...they less likely to pollute the water when they only stay in water for a split sec. It helps to control the phosphate in the water and less phosphate means less chance for algae to grow.

I oso have a algae scrubber running...helps to strip off excess nutrients in the water. No nutrients = no algae.

What brand is your magnet cleaner? Can't find those for thicker glass like 19-25mm.

Yeap... its the weekly cleaning of the front glass that is the problem lo... my viewing panel is 2inch thick... no magnetic cleaner in the market is effective for this thickness... also, it being 8x4ft size, most effective and efficient way would be diving in lo,,, )
