The key change to the structure of the Cabinet is the introduction of three Coordinating Ministers, each of whom will oversee a handful of related Ministries.

Just wondering why the need for above post and whether are they being paid separately? Isn't ministries within govt supposed to work hand in hand?

In a statement issued on Friday (Oct 28), the Prime Minister’s Office said Mr Ong has been promoted to Education Minister (Higher Education and Skills). Mr Ong will also be Second Minister in the Ministry of Defence.
