Default Need Advise

I have been keeping 7nos of short tail Ryukin and 6nos of side view Ranchu for about 8 months.
All about 4 inches since I got it.
All in a bare 422 tank with a 3ft sump tank with 15kg Mr.Aqua CR and 5KG of CC.
Two 12mm dia. Air Disc.
Feed on Hikari LionHead and Saki Green 3 time daily. 50% water change every 4 to 5 days with AntiChorine added. No Salt
All parameters within Control except the temperture is 30deg C.

My Problem Is The fish although Look fat and healthy, But they dun seen to growth . No White Poo.

I need Advise from Brothers here. Thanks in Advance.
Is the tanks over crowded . Because Some of my friend said 8 nos are the Max. to keep in the 422 tank. Even if the Parameter is within spec.

Any Good Input ?

13 goldfishes in 422 tanks is really too small, if they were to really grow i think they will not have space to swim.

i think 9 would be a good number.

side track abit, i would not recommend putting ryukin and ranchu together.

I used to have a ryukin which is half the size of my ranchu and oranda but one night i saw it "attacking" their eyes and i straight away move it to another tank.

Later found out that ryukin can be very aggressive to milder species like ranchu and oranda, therefore not suitable to co exist.

Thanks. Your Advise is noted.

13nos x 4 inches = 52 inches
100 litre divide by 52 = 1.9 l/inches

9 nos = 27 l/inches

Noted.

Care to tell me . How big is your SVR. Thanks
Infact I start with only 6 nos. But my wife said the tank look so empty like
got no fish. So I start adding . And the tank water parameter still maintain within spec. Thus wondering if it is due to gene or overcrowded . Or feed not enough.
