Bad water parameter is the main culprit bro . Try to do WC and add salt to your tank when this happens , also stop feeding tentatively .

i manage to get rid of cloudy eyes by using heater.. i turn to 30 dgreeC.. for a few days the eye back to normal.. and also some salt..

Heater also important , sorry that I forgot to mention . Can also use Melafix for faster healing .

I have a small question: What does it mean by 24/7 stable IT? Does it mean, no matter what, whether its during a water change, or when the water quality is bad, or at any time, it is always stable?

Heard some some of your ITs are 24/7 stable
Are they the smaller ones or bigger ones?
