No charge, I think is free incoming call. Moreover this one is to my office line.

Previously i received this call from this PRC sounding lady claiming she is doing market survey on healthy lifestyle and whether i do exercise and how often etc.

So i played along with her and told her nowadays my exercise is mainly restricted to those on the bed type and almost every day.

She was like "Are you sure? You joking right". I replied "Nope i am serious. If you don't believe, you can come and try with me. 100% satisfaction."
She hang up right away.

Never receive such calls ever since. Ha Ha Ha.

No la, this oversea calls with the same exact number, u have to block it. They ring just a while only and hang up. When my wife managed to pick up immediately, they also dont answer.... I think their purpose is to let u call them back after u receive a miss call? I dont know if that is their motive... I just know once I blocked the number, no more this specific oversea number calling my wife liao

Last time I used to block the numbers, i still get those calls.

After I dun pick up, they may try a few more times with other numbers, then they strike me off the list.

Yes registering will block cold call or sms from property and insurance agent and maybe other sales pusher. Soliciting loan is illegal and if you report to authority can also stop. As for scam nothing can be done and you got to use your own means.
